To find the norm of a matrix for example `A=[[-1, 3],[5, 4]]` , we use the formula `||A||=<A,A>^(1/2)` which the norm becomes `||A||=<A,A>^(1/2)=sqrt((-1)^2 + 3^2 + 5^2 + 4^2)`
