so simplify `(-3xy^6)(3.2x^5y)` multiply each terms and add the powers of variables x and y
(-3xy^6)(3.2x^5y)
`-3*.3.2*x^(1+5)*y^(1+6)=-9.6*x^6y^7=-9.6x^6y^7`

`:.` the final answer is `-9.6x^6y^7`
